These Terms of Service govern your use of retailxipi.com and your purchase of products through RetailXipi, operated by CHIYANG HESHUN TRADE LIMITED, with its company address at ROOM D5, 5/F, KING YIP FACTORY BUILDING, NO. 59 KING YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Online Store Terms
Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent information, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the website, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access.
You must have the legal capacity or necessary authorization to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
Product Information
RetailXipi offers home décor products, including wall art and wall decorations, cushions and pillow covers, throws, and blankets.
We aim to accurately describe product dimensions, materials, available options, and package contents. Screen settings and lighting may affect appearance, but do not excuse material differences from the product description.
Textile weaves, pattern placement, textures, and finishes may vary where consistent with the product description. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.
Review the selected size, color, quantity, and package contents before ordering. Pillow covers do not include cushion inserts unless expressly stated. Wall art does not include frames or mounting accessories unless identified as included.
Other accessories shown solely for styling are not included in your purchase.
Product Use and Care
Follow the product’s supplied care instructions, warnings, and any installation guidance. Use products only for their stated purpose.
For cushions, pillow covers, throws, and blankets, follow the care label or product-specific instructions for washing, drying, and ironing. Do not assume that every textile is suitable for machine washing, tumble drying, or outdoor use.
Install wall decorations using fittings appropriate for the item’s weight and the wall surface. Follow any supplied mounting instructions and check that the item is securely supported.
Decorative products are not toys unless expressly identified as such. Keep packaging, small fittings, loose cords, and damaged components away from young children and pets. Keep textiles away from open flames and other ignition sources.
These precautions do not exclude our responsibility for faulty products, missing safety information, or inaccurate instructions.
Orders and Payments
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use an authorized payment method.
An automated order receipt acknowledges your order. Acceptance occurs when we send shipping confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Where legally permitted, we may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, such as unavailability, material pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud. We will notify you if this affects your order. Material changes to your order require your agreement.
If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled items and associated undelivered shipping charges. If we cancel the entire order, we will refund the full amount paid.
Product prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless expressly indicated otherwise. The currency, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Future price changes do not alter accepted orders.
Shipping and Returns
Our Shipping Policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and any applicable customs arrangements. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. This does not affect applicable legal delivery deadlines or your rights if delivery is delayed.
We will investigate delivery problems and assist with missing or damaged shipments. Responsibility for non-delivery does not automatically transfer to you when goods reach our carrier.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. It provides a voluntary 30-calendar-day return request period from delivery, in addition to applicable statutory rights.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval, or sooner where legally required. Assessment and processing periods do not extend mandatory refund deadlines.
Our designated return address is the company address stated in these Terms. Returns are sent to Hong Kong and may require international shipping. Please contact us for return instructions. Prior approval is not required where applicable law permits you to exercise a statutory right by notifying us.
Intellectual Property and Privacy
Rights in protected website materials, including photographs, text, graphics, and designs, remain with their respective owners. Do not commercially reproduce or exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Report suspected infringement to [email protected], identifying the material concerned, its location on our website, and the basis of your claim.

Liability and Disputes
